Nostalgia
Every single happy and traumatic event we have been through has led up to us being who we are. We hear how we are supposed to take our lemons and make lemonade but we also need to hear that it will not be an easy road and one person's method will not necessarily work for another. I couldn't stay to listen till the end unfortunately.. I dunno why.. Maybe it's the song playing in the background, or the tone of your voice..or the memories of my childhood with my late parents or the mixture of everything in between just made hot tears cascade down my face... Can't remember being this lonely.maybe I'll listen through again some other time but I'll need a while to collect my wits. Ps.... It's a very engaging thing you've got here: the podcasts I mean.
